Dr. Hee Jin Kim attended medical school in South Korea and trained in geriatric medicine at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medicine. She has been practicing medicine for over ten years. She worked as an attending physician at Morristown Medical Center, voted the best hospital in New Jersey during the same time frame. Throughout her career, she counseled numerous patients suffering from chronic illness and obesity. After she helped many of her patients with the subspecialty knowledge she obtained during her training—weight loss through healthy eating, exercise, and other holistic measures—she realized a new passion. She shifted her practice focus to healthy aging. Dr. Kim subsequently pursued extensive training in facial and body aesthetics in Seoul. She has medical licenses to practice in both countries, returning to Korea regularly to incorporate the latest advances in aesthetics into her practice.
