My Functional Medicine practice is located in New Orleans, LA. I am Board Certified in Family Practice and licensed in Louisiana and Texas - patients living in these states (or those living internationally) can work with me either in person or via telemedicine. If you live in other parts of the country, I can work with you following an in-person visit to establish care. I thoroughly review all cases prior to being seen, so all appointments are as productive as possible. This is especially helpful during your first visit, as you won't have to repeat anything you've sent to me in your intake forms. Your first visit is 45 minutes long and is focused on identifying the root issues driving your health concerns and planning treatment. This visit costs $700. I additionally offer an extended 2 hour initial visit for $950.
