Idaho's only academic-level wellness center — founded on the belief that patients deserve more time, better science, and care that actually moves the needle. Cheryl Fish, NP is the owner of Idaho Health & Hormones. Her journey into medicine started with a simple, painful observation: she watched too many women leave appointments with a prescription but no answers. That gap — between being seen and being heard — is what she's spent her career trying to close. Cheryl became a nurse in 2011 and spent years caring for patients in the cardiac ICU, often at their sickest moments. She later moved into leadership and program development, building strong cardiac programs so patients with complex heart conditions could receive exceptional care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2017. Around that time, she built the nurse practitioner service line for Cardiology at Loma Linda Hospital — one of the country's leading medical centers. That experience taught
