homeRN provides consistent, convenient, comprehensive care for clients in the comfort of their homes. Our private-pay concierge services include caregiving, nursing, IV therapy, urgent care, and vitamin injections, providing expert medical and wellness support wherever you are. Eliza Maxwell CRNP, Owner and Founder Eliza Maxwell, founder of homeRN, grew up in Richmond, Virginia. She attended the University of Alabama, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of South Alabama in 2012. For the past 16 years, she has lived in Mountain Brook, where she resides with her husband, Davis, their two daughters, Beatty and Frances, and their beloved pups, Lady and Pearl. Eliza began her nursing career at St. Vincent’s Birmingham, working on the orthopedic floor and in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. She then advanced to an Advanced Practice Nurse role with Alabama Cardiovascular Group before transitioning to Alegis Ca
