Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit (no-show) leaves a hole in the doctor’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the card on file. Product Return Policy: Retail products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchase as long as they are unopened and remain in the original packaging. Late Arrival Policy: Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late, and have not notified the office, you will be rescheduled. Payment Policy: Payment, whether by financing, credit card, cash, or insurance (where applicable) is due at time of service.
