Core Wellness was founded in 2024 with one mission in mind: to create a space where wellness meets convenience. Located in Lubbock, Texas, we provide wellness services designed to care for your mind, body, and spirit—all under one roof. Our founder, Lauren Briggs, envisioned Core Wellness as more than just a wellness center. With her background as a NICU nurse and her passion for health, she sought to build a place where busy individuals—especially parents—could access a variety of services without compromise.
