Contours Day Spa requires a 24 hour cancellation by phone for all appointments. Failure to do so will result in the voiding of your gift certificate (if applicable) or a charge to your credit card. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Giving Contours your credit card information gives us your consent to charge your credit card for the services booked if you fail to show up or if you do not cancel before the 24 hour period.
